I believe the death penalty should be upheld, because there are a lot of bad people out

there. With baby rapers, murderers, and rapist. Not all people who are mentally ill that are

 on death Row are a reflection of all mentally ill people. These so called mentally ill people

are giving mentally ill people a bad name. Just because there are some mentally ill people who

need to be on death row does not mean that all people with mental illness belong on death

 row. Killing those on death row will be cheaper than keeping them in prison. We have way to

many people in prison as it is anyway. Overcrowding of prisons costs too much to tax payers.

Even thou Charlie Manson never really got his hands dirty bye killing anyone himself he

deserves to die. Ted Bundy having done all his own kill also deserves to die. The two

I have mentioned are only a small portion of those who deserv

e to be put to death.
