I believe the death penalty should be upheld, because there are a lot of bad people out there. With

 baby rapers, murderers, and rapist. Not all of these people are mentally ill but those who are giving

 mentally ill people a bad name. Just because there are some mentally ill people who need to be on

death row does not mean that all people with mental illness belong on death row. Killing those on

death row will be cheaper then keeping them in prison. We have way to many people in prison as it

is anyway. Over crowding of prisons costs to much to tax payers.
